| T. M. Everette, Sr. began his career in Norfolk, Virginia, as an adjuster in 1963 with an independent firm. A. Frederick Williams & Associates. In 1966 he transferred to Richmond, Virginia to work with Fireman's Fund Insurance Company and in 1967 he accepted a position with the Employers Group which later merged with Commercial Union Insurance Company. Tom remained with Commercial Union for thirteen years as an adjuster, supervisor, and claim manager until 1980 when he accepted a position with Schnell Adjustment Service, an independent general adjustment firm, and remained there until Garnett Schnell's death in 1984 when T. M. Everette Claim Service was established. Tom Everette is well versed in every aspect of claim handling, including automobile, casualty, workers' compensation, general liability, property and bonds. He is also a licensed Property and Casualty Agent for the Commonwealth of Virginia. Larry G. Griffith began his career as an insurance adjuster with The Travelers Insurance Company in 1974 and then moved to Richmond in 1976 to accept a job as an adjuster for the Commercial Union Insurance Company. He was then promoted to senior adjuster and entered Commercial Union Insurance Company's general adjuster program handling large property losses. He was subsequently promoted to claims manager and was in that position when he resigned in 1990 to accept a position as general adjuster with T. M. Everette Claim Service. Mr. Griffith is very skilled in all lines of insurance claims, including general liability, workers' compensation, property and bonds. Thomas M. Everette, Jr. had been associated with T. M. Everette Claim Service for almost 20 years. He began his employment as our auto appraiser, investigator and now specializes in long haul physical damage, cargo, hazadous materials, farm machinery and other heavy equiptment. He is a member of the National Trucking and Heavy Equipment Claims Council. David S. Malone David began his career with Aetna Casualty & Surety Insurance Company immediately after graduation from the University of Virginia in 1969. He worked in the Richmond, Virginia office as a Casualty and Property Claims Representative until he was promoted to Claims Supervisor in 1975 and was transferred to Illinois. In 1977 David accepted the Branch Manager position at a national independent claims company in Richmond, Virginia. He joined T. M. Everette CLaim Service in March, 1995. David is a past President of the Richmond Claims Association. He is well known in the Richmond insurance community as a very capable insurance investigator and Adjuster. He would be pleased to handle your claims needs. Christopher W. Harvey has been with us since 1991. He obtained his associates degree from J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College. He began his employment as our autobobile appraiser and, after successfully completing several courses at Vale Tech, started handling physical damage claims. He now specializes in long haul trucks and heavy equipment. He also handles liability investigations and inland marine. Van Everette was graduated from Hampden-Sydney College in 2000 and worked elsewhere for several years before coming onboard at Everette Claim service. He has also attended and successfulyy completed several Vale Tech courses relating to the insurance industry. Van is our auto appraiser, handles some light physical damage claims and is our liability investigator. |
